Returns & Refunds Policy

You have 60 days from receipt of your item to request a return with our generous 60-day return policy.

New items must be unworn, unused & with tags, in its original packaging to be eligible for a return.

Open Box and Used items must be in the same condition received with no alterations.

For a smooth return process, kindly reach out to us first. Please refrain from dispatching your purchase before being given an RMA, as this may delay the return process.

Once your return is approved, we'll provide a return shipping label and clear directions for sending your package. Returns submitted without our approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues.
Carefully check your order when you receive it and contact us right away if it's faulty, damaged, or incorrect, so we can solve the issue.

Exchanges
Returning the item you have is the quickest route to getting what you need, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Once examined, we'll alert you to the status of your refund--approved or denied. If approved, your initial payment method will receive the return in 10 business days. Note that it may take an extra few days for your banking institution or credit card company to complete the transaction. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, let us know
