How to open a return
To initiate a return with DQ Distribution, please follow these steps:
1. Log into Your Account:
- Visit account.dqdistribution.com.
- Enter your email address and follow the prompts to receive a login code.
- Use the code to access your account.
2. Access Your Order History:
- Once logged in, navigate to the Order History or My Orders section.
- Locate the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.
3. Initiate a Return Request:
- Select the specific order to view its details.
- Look for a Return Items or Request Return option.
- Choose the item(s) you want to return and provide a reason if prompted.
4. Follow Return Instructions:
- After submitting your request, wait for approval from DQ Distribution.
- Upon approval, you'll receive instructions, which may include:
- A return shipping label.
- Packaging guidelines.
- Designated shipping methods.
5. Ship the Item(s) Back:
- Securely package the item(s) as per the provided guidelines.
- Attach the return shipping label, if supplied.
- Send the package using the specified shipping method.
6. Await Confirmation:
- Once DQ Distribution receives and processes your return, they will notify you.
- Depending on their policy, you'll receive a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Note: DQ Distribution offers free 60-day returns, allowing you to shop with confidence.
